Delete your account

You can delete your Cardeyra account at any time. The app works fine without one.

ADelete in the app (recommended)

If the app is installed, follow these steps:

  1. 1Open Cardeyra and go to Settings
  2. 2Tap Account
  3. 3Choose Delete Account
  4. 4Read the notice and confirm

Afterwards your account, sign-in methods and sign-in device records are removed. Subscription data in the app lives on your device and iCloud and is not affected.

Deleted

  • Account identifier and sign-in method (such as Sign in with Apple)
  • Email address and name
  • Sign-in device records
  • Email left in feedback

Kept

  • App Store transaction records (unlinked from your account, kept only for accounting)
  • Server logs (rotated and deleted after about 14 days)
  • Subscription data on your device and iCloud (not affected)

BApp not installed? Delete with email verification

Enter the email you used for your account. We will send a 6-digit code, and after verification your account is permanently deleted.

If you signed in with Apple and chose “Hide My Email”, delete in the app or contact us via the Support page.
